The Position
To achieve the swine sales objective and implement the sales plan by well territory management and collaboration with local dealers. To promote the swine product portfolio to maximize the business opportunity and deliver value proposition and trust solutions to the swine big customers in the defined territory.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Attain set sales targets through canvassing and promotional/merchandise activities with swine local dealers and where applicable.
- Optimize use of internal resources of marketing and technical while attaining target saless within approved territory expense limits.
- Territory and Key accounts sales planning analyze sales potential by customer category and channels allocate resources accordingly to maximize the market share of the targeted key accounts.
- Competitors and market intelligence collection and reporting to support the swine business plan and marketing plan.
- Extend the key accounts engagement by maintain and develop professional relationship with the key stakeholders KOLs. Deal with customer complaint and problem solving.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree major in animal science or veterinarian is preferred.
- Communication and negotiation skill.
- Commercial awareness in AH industry.
- Strong persuasiveness and sales ability with sales analytical skills.
- Customer-Focused and strong relationship building skills.
- Good oral and written communication capability in Mandarin and fluently Taiwanese.
