Purpose of Role
Responsible forhandling incoming calls table reservations and effective control of venue covers. Provide a warm and friendly welcome while taking down reservations and reply to guest phone inquiries effectively.

餐飲訂位專員負責處理客人訂位需求有效控制以及安排餐廳的來客數用最有效率以及友善的態度來完成客人的訂位需求
主要負責事項
1.處理並且安排來電電子信件以及直接訂位的客人訂位需求
2.精通並且掌握飯店餐飲訂位系統(Marc System)每日需維護系統裡面客人的基本資料 (包括但不侷限於客人全名公司名稱職稱聯絡資料如電子信箱電話手機傳真偏好等等)確保資料皆須是最新最正確的
3.在與客人應進退的同時須提供W專業以及溫暖的服務精神
4.無時無刻皆保持著隨時/隨需的服務精神
5.管理飯店線上訂位系統依每天的訂位狀況來開放或關閉線上訂位名額
