Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation of integrated marketing communication strategies that support business objectives and strengthen brand equity.
- Convert complex business goals into persuasive communication narratives and campaign blueprints.
- Design and execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns including creative direction messaging framework and cross-media planning.
- Ensure messaging consistency and storytelling alignment across ATL BTL digital PR and internal comms platforms.
- Oversee concept approvals campaign timelines and creative direction to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and audience expectations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing Product Digital and PR to align communications with brand and business strategies.
- Work with media and performance teams to fine-tune campaign budgets placements and optimization strategies.
- Champion cross-functional teamwork and ensure timely rollout of campaign initiatives.
- Monitor market trends consumer behaviors and competitor communications to inform campaign direction.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through KPIs and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Apply insight-based thinking to refine messaging and creative direction for future initiatives.
- Manage marketing communication budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead agency relationships providing clear briefs feedback and performance oversight to ensure quality and value delivery.
- Ensure efficient project management with vendors creative partners and internal contributors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Mass Communications Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in integrated marketing communications branding or advertising with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong portfolio of successful multi-platform campaigns that demonstrate storytelling strategic clarity and measurable impact.
- Proficient in media planning campaign analytics and digital communication tools.
- Fluent in both Thai and English with excellent presentation writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong creative and critical thinking skills; able to give clear direction and feedback.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
