Salary Range: THB 150000 - 200000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Operations Consultant to join a leading regional manufacturing group. This position plays a key role in bridging business operations with technology by analyzing designing and implementing enterprise software solutions that drive process improvement and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders ensuring that enterprise applications primarily SAP and related operational systems are effectively configured and optimized to support the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement enterprise software solutions to meet operational and business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system functionality.
• Manage and execute system change requests validating their impact on existing processes.
• Design customize and implement enterprise software enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a knowledge steward and data governor for master and transactional data within operations.
• Lead process improvement and technology optimization initiatives across the operational domain.
• Develop and implement solution roadmaps to support business growth and efficiency.
• Provide SAP application support as part of ongoing business operations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure end-to-end process excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and operations across modules including PP MM and PM as well as related enterprise software and non-SAP applications.
• Strong PP configuration and MM integration point experience
• Proven track record of successfully driving enterprise software-related change requests process improvements and operational enhancements.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and related systems with an in-depth understanding of business processes functionality and integration with operational applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid grasp of business economics and financial resources.
• Skilled in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem solver with a positive Can Do attitude.
• Experience in community management mentorship and knowledge sharing is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business or Information Technology.
