We are a driving force behind the inspection maintenance and repair of freight wagons all with the precision and craftsmanship we are known for.
Your tasks as Wagon Mechanic:
- Inspection expertise: Thorough inspections of freight wagons.
- Maintenance and repair: Perform maintenance and repairs according to schedule in the Port of Rotterdam.
- Document it all: Ensure accurate documentation of all activities.
- Be versatile: Tackle all types of tasks that our dynamic team encounters.
Job requirements
- MBO technical education with demonstrable work experience in the technical field;
- A hands-on mentality:
- Practical results-oriented with a flair for problem-solving;
- Possession of drivers license B. If you have BE you have an advantage;
- Experience in the rail industry and a VCA certificate are a plus.
What we offer:
- An excellent salary ranging from 2500- to 3500- per month based on a 38-hour work week depending on your knowledge and experience;
- 25 vacation days 13 ADV (Additional Leave Days);

- Travel allowance of 0.23 per kilometer;
