Goed gereedschap is het halve werk en bij Fokker Landing Gear is dat gereedschap letterlijk van wereldklasse. Als Toolshop Technician ben jij de spil in ons productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze 5- en 8-assige CNC draai- en freesmachines altijd beschikken over perfect onderhouden snij- en meetgereedschappen. Dankzij jouw precisie kunnen onze collegas hoogwaardige onderdelen produceren voor onder andere de Apache F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) MQ-9 Reaper Drone en NH90.
We zoeken een vakspecialist met gevoel voor techniek én oog voor proces. Iemand die structuur brengt verantwoordelijkheid neemt en de toolshop naar een hoger niveau tilt.
Jouw rol
Als Toolshop Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van al het technisch gereedschap binnen onze productieomgeving. Je zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt van gereedschapsbeheer tot procesverbetering.
Jouw werkzaamheden:
Dagstart: Je begint met een kort overleg over de planning en prioriteiten.
Toolsets samenstellen: Op basis van de productieplanning stel je complete meet- en snijgereedschapssets samen en registreer je deze in het systeem.
Uitgifte & installatie: Je levert de toolsets uit aan de operators die ze vervolgens in de CNC-machines installeren.
Controle & onderhoud: Na gebruik controleer je gereedschappen met de Zoller Meetmachine op slijtage en bepaal je of revisie onderhoud of vervanging nodig is.
Voorraadbeheer: Je beheert verbruiksartikelen en reserveonderdelen in onze geautomatiseerde opslagtoren.
Leverancierscontact: Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers over bestellingen en revisies.
Procesverbetering & IT: Je ondersteunt bij inkoop en kalibratie van meetmiddelen denkt mee over procesoptimalisaties en zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde werkwijze in onze beheersystemen (zoals TDM).
Wat breng je mee
- Technische achtergrond: Mbo-diploma in een technische richting en/of ervaring in de metaalindustrie (bij voorkeur draaien/frezen).
- IT-affiniteit: Ervaring met technische of logistieke beheersystemen (zoals TDM) en inzicht in data- en procesbeheer.
- Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt precies en hebt oog voor kwaliteit kosten en continuïteit.
- Communicatie: Je kunt goed schakelen tussen afdelingen en communiceert helder en gestructureerd.
- Taal: Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.
