Position Summary
As a Chef de Partie you will play a key role in delivering dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will supervise and support kitchen staff maintain hygiene and safety protocols and contribute to a seamless guest experience through teamwork and leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or equivalent fine dining restaurant
Valid food handling certification
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Basic English communication skills preferred
