Job Description

As a Guest Relations Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. You will support the Guest Relations team in daily operations lead by example and handle guest feedback with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Guest Relations and support Front Office team
- Greet VIP and regular guests ensuring a personalized experience
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate special guest requests and amenities
- Maintain strong communication with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and coach new team members
- Assist in managing shift schedules and daily reports
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in a front office or guest relations role ideally in a supervisory position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team and inspire a guest-first mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
