Diamond Turning Engineer (Station in Huizhou)
Responsibilities:
- Operate diamond turning machine (Model : 5-axis Nanotech 350 FG) according to work instruction;
- Make diamond turning program according to the requirements CAD model or drawings;
- Understand GD & T and carry out in-process inspection of the product;
- Use metrology equipment to check and verify optical parameters such as form deviation surface roughness run out concentrically and etc.;
- Design fixtures and blanks for the DT products by using CAD or other design softwares;
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering Disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant experience in the Diamond turning Machine or 5-axis CNC machines operation and machine maintenance.
- Knowledge in using Interferometer Optical Profiling System and Coordinate measuring machines is preferred
- Well verse in using design softwares such as CAD PROE/e MasterCam UG SOLIDWORKS DIFFSYS etc.
- Good command of English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Require to station in Huizhou
