Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be a senior member of the team working effectively and proactively under the guidance of the Director
- Manage the full cycle of project development from conceptual & schematic design and formation to detail design and construction drawing review
- Planning and forecasting for design activities
- Delivery of technical proposal for the projects
- Prepare and present reports proposals applications and contracts
- Report to the Director on a regular basis regarding drawing design development issues design queries and design coordination issues.
- Coordination of design requirements processes and outputs management internal and external stakeholders
- Attend tender meetings as required
Job Requirements:
- in Architecture
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in relevant practices
- HKIA registered Architect
- Working knowledge of codes and regulations
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Photoshop as well as MS Word Excel MS Project
