A leading global client is looking for an experienced SAP Analyst to join a cross-functional procurement initiative supporting the Center for Process Excellence.
Youll play a key role in shaping how procurement operates across multiple regions and categories.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary functional analyst for Ariba procurement solutions
- Configure enhance and support Ariba modules including issue resolution
- Collaborate with the Center for Process Excellence to design and document procurement workflows
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Support UAT efforts: test cases coordination and defect tracking
- Work with JIRA for documentation project tracking and issue resolution
- Ensure smooth communication between IT business stakeholders and vendors
- Provide user support and training when needed
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Ariba procurement modules in a functional analyst role
- Strong grasp of procurement processes and supplier management practices
- Experience with business analysis process design and UAT
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar project/issue tracking tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a global cross-functional setup
- Detail-oriented analytical and capable of managing multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
- Background in global procurement or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with Process Excellence frameworks or similar governance models
- Exposure to other SAP modules or procurement technologies
