Responsibility:
- Oversee development of overall technical systems and processes across the region and enhance value creation where needed and customization as appropriate to gain new business
- Design and drive execute technical roadmap from business strategy on swine and poultry business
- Coordinate track and follow up product development from requirement phase to field trials and development phase
- Will require strong key account management capabilities including crafting robust account plans that coordinate regional and technical resources.
- Drive value creation and innovation processes at customers as required by direct customer interaction (e.g. visits customer workshops training) and work closely with our partnership in this country
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Veterinarian science
- At least 10 years of managing large and complex Key Accounts in animal health business/poultry farm management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Leadership (manage without direct authority)
- Strong relationship/trust-building capabilities
- Key Account management skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work in and across international teams.
- Good command of English.
- Able to travel and working
