Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Technical Solution Manager to lead solution design requirement gathering and technical planning for our Salesforce initiatives. This individual will serve as the key liaison between the business and the Salesforce development team working closely with Sales Marketing and Product leadership to ensure we build the right tools and experiences. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands Salesforce deeply and thrives in fast-paced collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Sales Marketing and other business units to understand needs and translate them into functional Salesforce requirements.
- Serve as the solution owner and lead technical business analyst for Salesforce projects and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects developers and admins to design scalable and sustainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Document user stories functional specs wireframes and workflows for configuration or development.
- Lead and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops solution discussions and design reviews.
- Act as the bridge between technical and business teams to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise application standards data models and compliance policies.
- Support UAT planning testing scripts and validation for new features or enhancements.
- Assist in change management training and post-deployment user support as needed.
Qualifications :
Required:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform in a technical business analyst or solution manager role.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud Servicing Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities workflows and integrations.
- Experience gathering requirements documenting user stories and managing project backlogs.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with tools like Jira ADO Lucidchart or Figma for documenting and tracking work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator App Builder or Business Analyst.
- Experience working in the mortgage lending or financial services industry.
- Understanding of Pardot Einstein Analytics or Salesforce APIs.
- Experience managing Agile projects and cross-functional collaboration.
