Job Description
Our client is a well-established global dental device company.
In this position you will:
- Meeting monthly quarterly and annual sales targets as well as MBO operational and profitability plans for the Thailand region.
- Managing assigned accounts and collaborating with the team in Thailand providing direction motivation and strategic development of sales plans and goals while addressing challenges to success.
- Providing regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager including customer feedback on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Taking ownership of the sales territory as if it were your own business planning and driving growth in a rapidly expanding market.
- Working closely with colleagues to cultivate a high-performance team in Thailand and the Southeast Asia region.
- Supporting auditing and quality management processes as necessary.
For this role youll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales position preferably with a medical device business background.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- Experience managing budgets and expenses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse customer audiences.
- Strong ability to interface with a variety of customer types.
- Ability to work effectively within a high-performance team environment.
