Employment Type: Project Based (5 to 6 months)
Work Setup: Onsite for 1-2 months followed by a transition to a hybrid setup.

Salary Package: 40000 PHP to 80000 PHP/Monthly
Position Overview:
As a member of the Customer Service team the Customer Service Representative will provide solutions to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner including collaborating with various departments on behalf of the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment and grow our Safety First Culture
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services take or enter orders or obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions recording details of inquiries complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise refunding money or adjusting bills.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
- Recommend improvements in products packaging shipping service or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.
- Perform related duties as required or assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree of any related field preferred
- Atleast 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representive
- Handled a US based client is a must.
- Amenable to work in Eastwood Libis Quezon City during onboarding period.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word and Excel applications)
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong listening/comprehension skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Conversational patient and confident with a positive attitude
