The Future Skills Fund (FSF ) is a program funded by the German government through KFW to establish a revolving fund designed to expand access to pre-selected programmes at Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) providers in Jordan. FSF supports youth financially through No-Interest Income Share Agreements (ISAs) to be able to enrol in the TVET sectors. A critical component of this initiative is the systematic tracking of employment outcomes of ISA graduates. FSF seeks to engage an Analyst to coach partner TVET institutions on establishing and maintaining employment engagement for their students to support such reporting systems.
Details:
Location: Amman Jordan
Contracting: Service Agreement (this is not an employment opportunity)
Input: Part-time (intermittent up to 20 working days per month for 12 months up to 6 hours/day)
Start date: September 2025
Duration: 12 months
Remuneration: Monthly fee of around 700-800 JOD per month depending on experience and qualifications
Reporting: The Analyst will report directly to BFC and will also work closely with the FSF team. The Analyst will work from the FSF office
What you will do (Your Responsibilities):
Support FSF partner TVET institutions in building and operationalizing an Employment tracking and reporting database that enhances and/or provides ongoing tracking and reporting of employment outcomes of ISA graduates for selected TVET providers.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Monitoring Reporting and Communication
Design templates for collecting analyzing and reporting employment data from TVET partner institutions according to the Future Skills Fund Employment Framework
Ensure partner institutions send regular employment statistics to FSF in the required format and frequency.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks on data accuracy and completeness.
Coaching and Mentoring to TVET Partners
Coach designated staff at FSFs partner TVET institutions on developing and maintaining an employment tracking database for ISA beneficiaries
Provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship in setting up and maintaining employment tracking systems
Mentor TVET partners in building and maintaining a comprehensive graduate employment database regular communication with employers etc.
Deliverables:
Initial:
Workplan for each TVET partner based on their current status
Template for employment tracking and reporting (in Excel or other agreed system) per partner
Draft Guidelines for employment tracking sheets and reporting (output)
Monthly basis:
Monthly reports (including data quality assessments)
FSF employment statistics submissions as per schedule
Final:
Final report documenting lessons learned and sustainability recommendations
Finalized guidelines for employment tracking sheet
Who we are looking for (Desired Qualifications):
Bachelors degree or an Associate Diploma plus at least 5 years work experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English
Strong interpersonal skills initiative and a collaborative working style
High attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other database/spreadsheet tools
Ability to travel to Governorates and cities outside Amman
Preferred experience in establishing employer relationships and/or relevant experience in employment-related projects or human resources
