As a Digital Learning Developer in the Operational Learning team you will be instrumental in creating engaging digital learning solutions that support business upskilling. You will work in a dynamic environment balancing startup-like agility with the structured scale of a Fortune 50 enterprise.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop impactful digital learning solutions
- Use agile development tools and processes to create engaging and interactive learning content such as: e-learning courses infographics animations simulations assessments microlearnings and learning-games
- Ensure training content adheres to audio/visual technical specification as well as brand guidelines accessibility standards and industry best practices
- Work on multiple large scale projects with multiple stakeholders as part of a global Learning Development team
- Produce high quality solutions and maintain project schedules consistently
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills An ideal candidate will:
- Have strong experience in building digital learning
- Thrive in dynamic environments balancing startup-like agility with the structured scale of a Fortune 50 enterprise
- Have an up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in e-learning inclusive of and specifically advancements in AI usage in learning
- Have knowledge of WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements and experience developing fully accessible digital solutions
- Be experienced in designing engaging learning interventions not your traditional page-turners
- Maintain and develop their knowledge in educational technology adult learning and educational best practices
