Job Summary

Job Description Summary

Responsible for overseeing tools warehouse operations. This will include supervising warehouse staff inventory management maintaining on time shipping and receiving targets liaison with shipping providers minimize shipping costs and monitor for inbound tool defects. This will be an onsite position located at the K&N warehouse in South Haven MS USA (MemphisTN area).

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records perform cycle counts and lead physical inventories

    Special projects to improve processes maintain inventory and identify trends

    Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries to include remediating actions as needed

    Ensure the team documents labels and update system for every item received

    Manage Order Fulfillment - to include confirming order details pulling items checking condition safely packaging schedule appropriate shipping option and stage for pick up

    Supervise preparation of items for shipment by packing crating and staging them to be loaded onto trucks or other transportation vehicles

    Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products

    Be the GEHC Liaison for Fedex Pilot/Maersk and other shipping companies to include researching and reporting lost and damaged shipments

    Manage the K&N staff to achieve Check In and OTD (On Time Delivery) KPIs

    Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

    Valid drivers license and safe driving record

    Previous stock or inventory experience of 5 years or more

    Communication skills to facilitate effective communication with team members field representatives and leadership
