The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)is currently seeking a Flight Analyst (Level 3/4/5) to join the 787 Program Boeing South Carolina Delivery Center Operations Team inNorth Charleston South Carolina!
This position will provide critical production support to the Delivery Center including improving production efficiency safety and optimizing product quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensures avionics electrical hydraulic and structural aircraft systems meet performance standards.
Assists with the definition development implementation and improvement of test procedures.
Performs in-flight tests that measure integrated systems compliance with design customer and federal regulatory requirements.
Diagnoses documents and resolves problems during flight tests; assists with performs in-flight repairs and configuration changes.
Analyzes causes of system failures and works with engineering to resolve problems.
Develops and delivers training on new systems test and operational procedures.
Provides airline customers immediate technical consultation on the product features reliability issues and problem resolution.
Performs tests to diagnose and resolve aircraft system problems to assist with aircraft acceptance.
Works under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 99% onsite in Charleston SC. Some travel may be required to support flights in and out of remote facilities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
5 years of experience with 787 systems to include diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational problems/procedures -
3 years of experience in advising and influencing others to meet quality and safety requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of general knowledge of flight and flight crew operations publication standards (Operations Manual Specifications) including software and the process for inputting storing searching and modifying aircraft system information and aircraft configuration management.
Airframe and Powerplant License
5 years of Field Operations and Customer interaction experience
5 years of experience presenting resolution concerns to Senior Leadership and Customers
Strong interpersonal skills flexibility and adaptability
Works under minimal direction

Level 3 Summary Pay Range: $82450 - $111550
Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $104550 - $141450
Level 5 Summary Pay Range: $125800 - $170200
