Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Evaluate our data stack propose a strategic path to elevate it and drive those improvements
Extract transform and analyze large data sets (consumer behavior provider listings campaign performance) using SQL BigQuery Looker and Dbt
Create reliable flexible dashboards and reports for leadership and teams to track KPIs identifying risks and opportunities zeroing in on newsworthy trends and communicating the value of RealSelf to customers and partners
Run analyses and shape measurement frameworks that help our business scale with clarity and customer-first intelligence
Synthesize complex data into cohesive narratives and visual stories that support business decisions
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Partnerships Marketing Product and Data Engineering
Maintain data quality documentation and analytics best practices
Ensure our metrics models and pipelines are well-maintained by Data Engineering
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Analytics Statistics Data Science or related field
4 years experience in a data analyst role (preferably consumer digital marketplace or health industry)
Strong SQL skills experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Steep) and familiarity with Dbt or similar data development/governance tools
Experience with restructuring data stacks and managing large-scale data migrations
Familiarity with AI tools that improve analytics velocity without compromising quality
Ability to thrive in an agile fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills of data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Experience with building high-performing lean data teams and managing or mentoring more junior analytics
