Job Description
Parks Motor Sales is seeking a Parts this role you will work closely with service advisors technicians and customers to ensure we get them the right parts for the right job. This is an entry-level job that provides opportunities for growth into other positions.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers
- Communicates with service advisor and customer on special order parts
- Follows up on back-ordered parts
- Issues credits for returned parts
- Keeps orderly records of all repair orders invoices insurances estimates and special order pats
- Processing and documenting e-commerce parts orders
- Unloads shipments and keeps parts shelves stocked
- Any additional requests by management
Qualifications
- Valid US Drivers License
- Ability to organize and communicate with peers and managers
- Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math
