Job Description

Parks Motor Sales is seeking a Parts this role you will work closely with service advisors technicians and customers to ensure we get them the right parts for the right job. This is an entry-level job that provides opportunities for growth into other positions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers
  • Communicates with service advisor and customer on special order parts
  • Follows up on back-ordered parts
  • Issues credits for returned parts
  • Keeps orderly records of all repair orders invoices insurances estimates and special order pats
  • Processing and documenting e-commerce parts orders
  • Unloads shipments and keeps parts shelves stocked
  • Any additional requests by management

Qualifications

  • Valid US Drivers License
  • Ability to organize and communicate with peers and managers
  • Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
  • Ability to read and write English and perform basic math
