Job Description
Southaven Kia Needs a Rockstar Parts Manager!
Do you love cars people and making sure everything is in the right place (while cracking a joke or two) Southaven Kia is on the hunt for an experienced Parts Manager who can keep our parts department running smoother than a freshly waxed Kia Stinger.
What Youll Do:
Be the captain of organizationno bolt or brake pad goes missing under your watch.
Lead and motivate your team (yes coffee counts as motivation).
Manage inventory like a probecause were out of stock isnt in your vocabulary.
Work with service advisors and technicians to make sure everyones happy (and well-supplied).
Keep customers smiling by making sure they get the right part the first time.
What Were Looking For:
Experience managing an automotive parts department (bonus points if you can identify a part just by looking at it).
Leadership skills that inspire others to follow your leadeven on Mondays.
Strong organizational and computer skills (you dont need to be a tech wizard but Excel shouldnt scare you).
A sense of humorbecause lifes too short not to laugh at least once a day in the parts department.
