Job Description

ASE Master Certified Independent technicians are welcome to apply!

We seek highly skilled and motivated Diesel Specialistto join our team at Stateline CJDR in Fort Mill South Carolina. Our service department is growing at an exponential rate; we currently generate 1750 repair orders on average per month. We have a well seasoned team of service advisors that are pushing to be the best performing store in our market. As a Technician you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CJDR vehicles ensuring that they are safe reliable and meet our dealerships high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
  • Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
  • Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

  • Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Level 2 & 3) or equivalent hands on experience.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Fast learner
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Computer literate
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Valid drivers license
