Job Description

Job Title:Senior Scientist Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering

Job Code:SYP7

Job Location:Salt Lake City- UT

Job Schedule: 9/80- employees work 9 out of every 14 days- totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off

L3Harris Communication Systems segment is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering Lead for the Next Generation Jammer-Low Band (NGJ-LB) program. This position reports directly to the Engineering Director/Chief Engineer of the NGJ-LB program.

Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for leading key system design efforts for the NGJ-LB program. Key responsibilities include detailed design of the mission processing mentoring other architects and developers model-based design planning of engineering efforts in an agile and earned-value process environment system-level hardware and software/VHDL testing metrics tracking & reporting and future related proposal efforts.

The NGJ-LB program will replace the Navys legacy ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System hosted on the EA-18G Growler aircraft. More details about the program can be found at the following link:
