Position OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to join our growing team in Marietta GA. This role is designed for motivated individuals including freshers who are eager to learn the staffing industry build client relationships and grow into a business development professional.
You will begin by learning the fundamentals of IT staffing and customer management gradually taking on more responsibilities as you develop your skills.
Compensation & Growth PathStarting Pay: $15/hour
After 3 Months: 20% pay increase placement incentives
After 9 Months: Opportunity to transition into New Business Development with significant bonus potential

Shadow senior account managers to understand customer relationship management best practices
Develop communication and negotiation skills within a professional setting
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts

Act as a point of contact for clients ensuring their staffing needs are met effectively
Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements
Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for additional services
Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
Present Agile Staffing Groups services to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and terms while ensuring win-win partnerships
Drive revenue growth while earning competitive performance-based bonuses
Freshers / Entry-level candidates welcome no prior staffing experience required
