Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with brokers to ensure seamless client interactions and provide exceptional service. This is a generalist role requiring flexibility across Commercial Lines Employee Benefits and Personal Lines.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate directly with brokers on day-to-day client interactions.
- Handle certificates applications and endorsements with precision and efficiency.
- Market accounts to various underwriters to secure optimal terms and coverage.
- Adapt to a generalist role managing accounts across Commercial Lines Employee Benefits and Personal Lines.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in marketing accounts to underwriters.
- Proficiency in handling certificates endorsements and applications.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with brokers and team members.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset capable of managing diverse account types.
