Job Description
A popular and touristic restaurant located on Calle 8 in Miami is looking for skilled and experienced Bartenders to join our growing team.
Compensation: $1000 $1600 per week
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails spirits and beverages with consistency and quality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness organization and stock levels in the bar area.
- Process transactions accurately through cash and POS systems.
- Follow safety hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of cocktails and liquor preparation.
- Bilingual English and Spanish (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule available for weekdays weekends and evening shifts.
