Enterprise Applications Engineer

About the Role
We re looking for an Enterprise Applications Engineer to manage and support enterprise applications with a strong focus on Microsoft 365. This role covers the full application lifecycle implementation maintenance upgrades and support while also contributing to project planning and documentation. You ll work closely with IT leadership team members and stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly and secure.
What You ll Do

Manage enterprise applications including Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory and related tools.

Design deploy and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive Intune AAD).

Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant administration including licensing compliance and monitoring.

Implement and enforce security and compliance policies (MFA conditional access DLP etc.).

Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 issues.

Collaborate with IT Security to ensure compliance with best practices and regulations.

Maintain documentation procedures and training materials.

Stay current on Microsoft 365 updates and roadmap changes.

Support IT Helpdesk escalations and provide after-hours support when needed.
What We re Looking For

Bachelor s degree in IT or related field.

5 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.

Microsoft 365 certifications.

Strong expertise with Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive Intune and Purview.

Experience with Azure AD/Entra conditional access and identity management.

Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while handling multiple projects.
