Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Having a specialization in Talent Development and Leadership Management function. Identifying training and development needs; designing and expanding training and development programs; developing effective orientation courses; managing the delivery of training and development programs; evaluating the satisfaction etc.
  • E2E to execute regular performance keeping track of Performance Mgmt. circle and providing Performance Appraisal guidance to staffs.
  • Managing Competencies and Qualification Management.
  • Being responsible for integrated solutions to improve employee capabilities and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or above.
  • 3 years related experience of which 2 years experience in L&D performance or competency module.
  • Good knowledge of performance management systems L&D competency assessment and formulation of HR strategy aligned to corporate business.
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal achievement self-motivation Responsibility Adaptability to change Teamwork and Well-organized.
  • Computer literacy especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Good Command of Chinese (HSK 5 250).
