Responsibilities
- Prospection: Use prospecting tools to identify key decision-makers and connect with relevant contacts.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects business goals advertising readiness and overall fit.
- Educate Prospects: Present the project value proposition and product offerings clearly to new or inexperienced users.
- Drive Engagement: Lead professional 30-minute virtual consultations with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Manage Communication Channels: Proactively reach out and follow up via outbound calls emails and video using structured sales cadences.
- CRM Documentation: Accurately record all prospect interactions and pipeline progress in Salesforce.
- Ensure Smooth Handover: Transition qualified leads to the Digital Marketing Specialist team for campaign execution and optimization.
- Meet Performance Goals: Consistently achieve daily monthly and quarterly KPIs through effective prioritization time management and collaboration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales business development or lead generation (B2B environment preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in conducting virtual video meetings.
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply and educate clients effectively.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks within CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Goal-driven proactive and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
- Language: German C2 and English C1.
