Location: Multiple Locations in Norway (Flexible)

Renowned for their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence they are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with subsea expertise to join their team. With a busy project order book for 2025 and beyond this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant projects shaping the future of the subsea industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Analysis: Develop mechanical designs and conduct engineering analyses for subsea equipment and systems.
Project Delivery: Support the execution of projects ensuring alignment with client requirements timelines and industry standards.
Material Selection & Testing: Select appropriate materials for subsea applications and oversee the testing and qualification of equipment.
Innovation & Problem-Solving: Provide creative engineering solutions to address project challenges and optimize subsea equipment performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including project managers structural engineers and offshore specialists to deliver seamless project execution.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with industry standards such as API ISO and DNV as well as internal quality and HSE guidelines.
Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation including engineering reports specifications and drawings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience:
A strong background in subsea engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in the design analysis and delivery of subsea equipment such as manifolds connectors or well intervention systems.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g. SolidWorks ANSYS or equivalent).
Excellent knowledge of subsea industry standards and practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with fluency in English.
A proactive and adaptable mindset capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
