Job Description

Title: Enterprise Business Development Representative DACH
Location: Rotterdam
Language: German
WFH policy: Hybrid preferably 3x per week office
Product: E-Commerce platform
Size and functions of local team: 11 EMEA commercial team members. 60-70 people in Rotterdam in of the broader team is based in Dubai
Role description:
- Focus on outbound prospecting (90%) with some inbound (10%).
- Daily target: 60 activities 40 contacts.
- Goal: Book discovery calls and create qualified opportunities (SQOs).
- Enterprise sales focus with long deal cycles (6 months).
- Ramp-up: 45 days onboarding SQO by month 3 full quota by 6 months.
- Collaborate with AEBritta Vivian Buchholz-Kok
- Growth path to Account Executive after 1218 months.
- Native German
- Located in NL
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a sales career
- 0-1 years of commercial b2b experience (preferably SaaS or similar industry)
- 0-1 years of SDR experience in SaaS
- No bachelors degree required but would be nice
- Exposure to enterprise sales environments
- Familiarity with long deal cycles (6 months)
- Previous use of CRM tools
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 43130
Bonus: 11000 OTE (commission paid monthly)
Contract: 12-month contract with extension to permanent
Work from Anywhere: 3 weeks per year
Holiday Allowance: 25 days 3 extra public holidays
