As our People & Culture Coordinator youll be at the heart of our People function supporting our day-to-day operations so everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Youll own key administrative processes and deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and employees enabling the wider People & Culture team to focus on driving growth engagement and culture. From a candidates first impression to the daily office experience of our colleagues youll help make every interaction with QuantWare warm well-organised and unmistakably us.
Ensure the smooth running of HR operations from onboarding administration and payroll coordination to contract management and maintaining accurate compliant employee records.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications providing a professional yet personal first impression.
Support everyday employee needs and help organise key moments such as onboarding birthdays and other milestones.
Keep our office space tidy welcoming and conducive to focused work.
Take ownership of recurring admin and coordination tasks to free up the People team for strategic and tactical tasks and projects.
You dont need to tick every box but if most of these sound like you wed love to hear from you:
Experience in a support or coordination role ideally in HR office management hospitality or administration.
Fluent in both Dutch and English spoken and written.
Naturally organised and structured in your approach to work.
Service-oriented with a positive mindset and genuine motivation to support others in doing their best work.
Confident working with systems like HRIS and payroll software and eager to learn new tools or make improvements where needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and happy to handle occasional unexpected tasks if they arise.
