THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Specialist Talent Management you will play a pivotal role in effectively executing all backend people processes and programs that support the entire lifecycle of our employees. THE ROLE
As the Specialist Talent Management you will:
Execute talent lifecycle programs and engage with our people to support and elevate them
Ensure we always have the best talent for our business needs through effective timely actions
Support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring we consistently acquire the best talent for the business
Support the cultural integration and productivity of new employees
Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential
Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing talent
Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic compensation solutions
Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Specialist Talent Management has:
Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications in:
Broad P&C knowledge
Experience supporting backend people processes
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $70000$100000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
