We are seeking driven and experienced Coordinator People & Culture to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our talent acquisition benefits administration and client support functions

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain accurate data through regular data entry tracking reconciliation and reporting on key metrics
  • Assist with onboarding process for new hires creating onboarding materials and coordinating with other departments
  • Contribute to the preparation of meeting agendas and recap documentation
  • Support talent acquisition activities such as preparing drafts of job descriptions/job postings career fair attendance panel scheduling and intern engagement
  • Assist with benefits administration by handling data entry document prep/intake workers compensation follow-ups and leave of absence tracking
  • Assist with offboarding process including scheduling of exit interviews and coordinating IT system revocation
  • Coordinate scheduling for live training sessions and manage event sign-ups via third party software systems
  • Support HRIS (Dayforce) implementation ensuring a smooth transition and process
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Need from Our Coordinator People & Culture:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word Outlook Excel etc.)
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Experience/ Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Degree in human resources business administration accounting or other similar business related major preferred
  • 2 years administrative support experience with preference for candidates from sports and entertainment industry

  • This position works mainly indoors removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%

  • Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
  • Ability to Read Write & Speak in English
