Who are we looking for
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. You are passionate about building strong relationships and helping customers achieve their goals. As the trusted advisor to our customers you will play a key role in ensuring they get maximum value from our products and services. You excel at problem-solving thrive in a collaborative environment and have a track record of driving customer satisfaction retention and growth.
What you bring:
Proven experience in customer success account management or another client-facing role.
Strong understanding of CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
A passion for helping customers succeed and driving business growth.
A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
