Your Mission

Project & Site Management

• Lead and coordinate on-site construction teams subcontractors and client interactions.
• Plan supervise and ensure smooth execution of all project activities.
• Monitor progress resolve challenges proactively and report to leadership.

Health Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and customer-specific standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks safety briefings and workplace inspections.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability on-site.

Logistics & Site Coordination

• Supervise material handling waste disposal and site organization.
• Ensure all site logistics support timely project completion.

Quality Control

• Conduct regular quality checks aligned with client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to maintain the highest standards.

Administration & Reporting

• Accurately manage material usage working hours and site documentation.
• Maintain all reports permits and incident logs to ensure transparency and compliance.

Your Profile

Education & Certifications

• Technical training at Level 4 or equivalent experience.
• Full VCA certification and First Aid/BHV training.

Professional Experience

• Extensive experience in refractory construction: fiber bricklaying concrete gunning.
• Comfortable using digital tools project software and Microsoft Office suite.

Languages

• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
