What Youll Responsible For:
Processing Payroll:
Liaise with Captains onboard our vessels to obtain payroll data and to answer payroll related queries.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders globally for crew movement updates and claims approval.
Verify upload data received and ensure accuracy of wage variables other earnings deductions and Captain cash account.
Generate payment draft on time each month so the crew will be paid before month end.
Process and endorse monthly payroll expenses ensuring completeness accuracy and adhering to monthly deadlines for posting into our finance system.
Reconciling payroll balances in our finance system.
Prepare and submit report for statutory obligations such as tax and social security.
Ensure compliance to our internal control requirements.
Liaise with internal or external auditors as required.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as and when required.
What Experience and Skills Required:
We open to any related field Degree in HR Accounting Finance Banking and/or Commerce would be advantageous.
Minimum 1 year working experience in a related field Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS office applications especially MS Excel experienced in SAP is a plus point.
Proficiency in English and Time Management.
