Job Description
We are a Singapore based globally spread dynamic high growth company engaged in distribution of Commodity Chemicals including Fertilizers and Polymers in the emerging markets.
We are currently serving a clientele spread across 10 countries and have physical presence in India Indonesia Thailand Philippines Vietnam UAE and Sri Lanka.
Currently we are looking out for a young and energetic individual for the position of Sales and Business Development Executive to be based in our Colombo office and work with our local team.
- Your Role
- You have to conduct research on allocated industries prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Involve actively in cold calling and emailing to get onboard the prospective customers.
- Make in-person visits to the prospects to establish relationships and develop long term relationships with the customers.
- Be compelling in delivering the company value proposition to the prospects and understand their requirements.
- Be the single point of contact for all clients in the allocated industries and engage in inquiry generation sending out offers negotiate and finalize orders.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching generating inquiries negotiation contracting documentation onboarding payment collection account management and renewals.
- Liaise with the product and logistic teams to facilitate order delivery as per customer requirements.
- What we look for
- Position is for individuals with 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience. But even if you are fresher go ahead and try this out our training program will help you to catch up to the role in no time.
- Diploma or Professional Qualification in Business Management Sales & Marketing. We rate passion higher than qualifications so if you are passionate about this role go ahead!
- Basic understanding of Chemistry would help you but then again our training will help you understand the products and processes in no time.
- We want you to have strong communications skills.
- A passion for delivering superior sales and customer service because it is what we stand for and thats what is going to help you with your tasks.
- Vehicle (Bike is preferred) with a valid license will be an added advantage.
