Job Description

The Assistant Director of Human Resources shall be responsible for providing guidance and support for the accomplishment of Hotels and individual department goals and objectives by recruiting developing motivating and maintaining a competent work force.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel or minimum 5 years experience in Training & Development
  • Oral and written fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Hotel operational background
  • Quality improvement related experience
  • University/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management Hotel Industry of related fields
  • Computer Literate
  • Statistical analytical research skills
  • People-oriented
  • Displays initiative
  • Commitment to professional values and integrity
  • Motivator and self-starter
  • Team Leader/Builder
  • Customer oriented/creative/open-minded/extrovert
