2026 HUMAN RESOURCE ANALYST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - SUMMER ANALYST - HONG KONG
The Human Resources function is vital to our business success working closely with leaders managers and employees across the company. Our Human Resources Analyst Development Program (HRADP) is the premier entry-level program designed to accelerate your career as a future leader in Human Resources. Joining us means becoming part of a collaborative supportive and high-performing team. The program equips you with the tools needed for success including training mentoring access to subject matter experts and high-impact projects that challenge and enhance your skills.
This 9-week internship serves as a talent pipeline for our full-time 2-year rotational Human Resources Analyst Development Program.
The program offers comprehensive training unique networking opportunities and meaningful day-to-day work. Youll have the chance to apply your knowledge and make a significant impact while gaining hands-on experience supporting our various lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management Commercial & Investment Banking) or our Corporate functions. Youll learn traditional Human Resource practices including recruiting talent development compensation and employee relations. Additionally youll be immersed in cutting-edge HR capabilities such as data literacy design thinking and other commercial skills.
Successful interns may receive an offer for the 2027 full-time Human Resources Analyst Development Program gaining exposure to three different teams across the function.
Job Summary
As a Summer Analyst in the Human Resources Analyst Development Program youll participate in a 9-week internship designed for top students pursuing a career in Human Resources. Youll have the opportunity to build your network interact with senior leaders expand your professional skills and gain experience in a diverse environment. The program provides an exceptional foundation for success in your HR career challenging you to grow and acquire essential skills for the dynamic fast-paced business environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategies and projects in areas such as compensation recruiting performance management and employee relations.
- Develop in-depth HR acumen across areas like Talent and Employee Experience HR Global Operations Total Rewards Conduct and Policy.
- Support your aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work to help the business and our employees thrive.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Pursuing a degree qualification with a well-rounded academic background and expected graduation of December 2026 through June 2027.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- An interest in Human Resources evidenced through coursework internships and/or extracurricular activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of key HR trends and issues.
- Interest in working with data conducting data analysis and driving projects independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative work environment.
Holding the right to work and necessary work authorizations is advantageous. Note that relocation assistance for flight and accommodation is not provided and work visa sponsorship is not available.
