We are looking for a Human Resources Officer based at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong!

As a Human Resources Officer we rely on you to:

  • Assist to handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to staff engagement & communications compensation & benefits and talent management
  • Maintain an accurate and updated employee database
  • Provide administrative support including data entry filing report consolidation
  • Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management Human Resources Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferrably in the Hotel Industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
  • Self-motivated well-organized and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Human Resources Assistant
