Responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key distributors combining commercial technical and account management skills. Your goal will be to drive sales growth through collaborative work plans aligned with clear KPIs in the food ingredients sector.
- Design and implement joint work plans with distributors including clear goals such as increased sales regional penetration and new customer development.
- Train and advise distributors on technical aspects of ingredients such as starches fats oils pectins and sweeteners.
- Monitor distributors commercial performance using defined KPIs and generate follow-up reports.
- Identify business opportunities in key markets and coordinate entry or expansion strategies.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to end customers together with distributors.
- Proactively resolve operational and commercial issues ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing technical logistics) to ensure effective strategy execution.
