Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple roles and business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent pipelines.
Source candidates using job portals social media and professional networks.
Screen interview and assess candidates to ensure cultural and role fit.
Coordinate interviews feedback and offer management.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (preferably in IT/Non-IT hiring).
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
