Job Description
Job Summary:
To be responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service for both Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore and Hotel Jen Orchardgateway Singapore and to undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
As a Reservations Executive we rely on you to:
- Provide support to guests on reservations and other related inquiries
- Work with other departments and deliver best-fit solutions for our guests
- Increase guest loyalty by delivering value-added service to our guests
- Contribute to maximizing business opportunities for the hotel
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for hospitality industry
- Creative and detail-minded
- Enjoys planning and organising
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for customers
