What youll be doing:

• You will support adults who experience mental ill health to get back on their feet and re-engage in a life that is meaningful to them.
• This could be supporting people to develop their living skills such as cooking maintaining their living space and managing their finances so they can live independently again.
• You will support them to remain well through utilising and develop coping skills help them source enjoyable community activities and access higher education or employment.

Who you are:

• A skilled verbal and written communicator
