Your Mission: The Impact Youll Make

As a Junior Hosting Operations & Support Specialist you will be the operational backbone for our global hosting and telecom services. Your core mission is to ensure the smooth coordination administration and support of our infrastructure directly contributing to seamless deployments and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be a critical link in delivering reliable service to our international clients.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities: What Youll Do

Hosting & Infrastructure Support

• Assist in the deployment configuration and relocation of hosting environments and server locations.
• Proactively monitor hosting services helping to identify troubleshoot and resolve Quality of Service (QoS) and performance issues.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate technical documentation and records for all hosting assets and procedures.

Telecom Operations Management

• Oversee and track the status of mobile line operations including SIM validity user registration and contract renewals.
• Serve as a key point of coordination with global telecom providers to diagnose and resolve service incidents and disruptions.
• Ensure data integrity by precisely updating internal databases and systems with administrative and technical details.

Customer Success & Operational Excellence

• Contribute to outstanding customer satisfaction by providing timely clear and effective communication and follow-up.
• Support the creation of detailed operational reports and performance summaries for internal stakeholders and client review.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings diligently documenting action items and tracking them through to completion.

Requirements

Your Profile: What You Bring

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 12 years of experience in a technical support operations IT administration or telecom role.
• Strong written and verbal fluency in English is mandatory for global communication.
• Practical proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite with proven experience using Excel for data management and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a rigorous attention to detail.
• Based in Lebanon with a dedicated workspace and stable internet connection for full-time remote work.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Proficiency in French or Arabic is a significant advantage.
• A foundational understanding of hosting networking or IT infrastructure concepts.
• A natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed international team.
