As our Internal Auditor (Safety Health and Wellbeing) youll play a key role in upholding the integrity of our SHE Management System. Youll lead audits that support continuous improvement risk reduction and compliance with critical safety controls.
Youll assess how we workreviewing systems analysing operational data and engaging with teams across the business. Your insights will help ensure our people stay safe our practices remain robust and our operations run smoothly. This is a role that combines precision communication and collaboration.

Were looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in internal audits with a Lead Auditor certification (e.g. ISO 45001 ISO 9001 or similar)
- Familiar with safety quality and environmental regulations in New Zealand
- Skilled in risk-based auditing and using digital tools for reporting and analysis
- Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and presenting findings constructively
- Focused on continuous improvement and driving safe outcomes
- A strong communicator both written and verbal
- Organised independent and able to plan and deliver audits with care and precision
Youll also need to have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Health & Safety Engineering Quality Assurance)
- 5 years in a compliance or safety-related role
- A valid NZ drivers licence
- The ability to travel regularly and pass drug and alcohol screening
