This Position reports to:
Senior Internal Audit ManagerYour Role and Responsibilities:
Operational and Financial Audits: Participate in all phases of operational and financial audits including pre-audit on-site and post-audit activities; Collect and analyze relevant documents and information preparing work papers in accordance with audit procedures and standards.
Compliance Audits & Reviews:Engage in compliance audits and reviews preparing audit work papers in line with audit procedures and standards Document compliance audit findings and assist in the preparation of compliance reports.
Follow-Up Reviews:Participate in follow-up reviews for compliance audits Lead follow-up reviews for operational and financial audits as Auditor in Charge.
Additional Accountabilities: Perform design reviews or walkthroughs of end-to-end processes assessing transaction flows from initiation to recording in the general ledger Support the development of frameworks and guidelines for defined business processes.

Qualifications for the Role:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CIA CPA) are preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
