Pre-opening project in Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport Shanghai and Traders Hongqiao Airport Shanghai.
We are currently looking for Sales Manager to join our S&M team.
As a Sales Manager we rely on you to:
- Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members.
- Handle sales activities with local and international partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel.
- Takes responsibility for the teams sales performance.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Maintain sales and service standards of the team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Sales and Marketing.
- Understands the global markets and local environment.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English(as well as the local language.
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers.
